Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the video production or customization process has started. Once the production work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted, as the service involves personalized digital content created specifically for the customer.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not applicable once production has started or the video has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• If cancellation is requested before production begins
• If Myvideoinvites is unable to deliver the service
• If there is a verified technical error from our side that cannot be corrected

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The video has already been delivered as per the submitted details
• Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer
• Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after delivery
